Method of Collecting Export Registration Certificate (ERC
Frist step- In the export process is to collect the Export Registration Certificate (ERC). Let’s know how to collect an Export Registration Certificate (ERC. Collect the ERC form from the Office of the Chief Controller of Import and Export at the first level.
Second Step – submit the schedule fee to Bangladesh Bank or Sonali Bank branch.

1. Attested photo of the applicant

3. Attested copy of the membership of the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the relevant trade association
4. Original copy of Treasury invoice
5. Partnership Deed for Partnership Business (Certified Copy)
6. In Case of Limited company

– Memorandum of Association

Necessary documents to get trade license?
1. Three copies passport size picture, if there are multiple partners then each will have three copies.
2. Copy of Voter ID Card, and photocopy of contract executed with the landlord of the home in which the business or office is set up.
3. The contract that was executed in the name of your business company. These three things are very important. And currently the utility bill has to be submitted or service charge receipt.
Trade license cost
The cost of the trade license depends as per business. It may be 20 thousand TK for import export. However, under Dhaka City Corporation, rates are from Tk 500 to Tk 50,000. Since e-commerce does not have any category, it is necessary to get a license as a software, IT or general supplier. The government fee is 850 to 1700 TK, but your cost will be less than 4000 thousand. If you take help from any firm then its 5 thousand tk.
